We want every Loomy order to feel thoughtful, comforting, and easy to shop. If something is not right, our return and refund process is designed to be clear, fair, and supportive.

Shop with confidence: Because Loomy products are handmade, slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur. These natural differences are part of the handcrafted character of each piece and are not considered defects.
Return Eligibility

You may request a return if your item meets all of the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 30 days of delivery
  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • The item is returned with original packaging when applicable
Handmade crochet slippers should be tried on indoors only before deciding to keep or return them.
Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Worn or used slippers
  • Items returned in damaged or altered condition
  • Final sale or clearance items, if marked as such
  • Returns requested outside the eligible return window

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly so we can review and resolve the issue.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact our support team with your order details.

  2. Tell us the reason for the return
  3. Include clear photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Once approved, we will send you the next steps and return instructions.

Return Shipping

Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return.

  • If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will review the case and provide support accordingly
  • For standard returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Loomy cannot guarantee receipt of items sent without tracking.

Refund Processing

After your returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method.

  • Refund issued to: original payment method
  • Bank posting time: may take an additional 5–10 business days
Shipping charges, customs duties, and import fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified error on our side.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A short explanation of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the condition of the item

Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other support.

International Orders

For international orders, return handling may vary based on destination and shipping method.

  • Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable
  • Loomy is not liable for customs clearance delays or third-party shipping delays once the parcel is in transit
